Ok,next confirmation.
lsmod does show that ndiswrapper is loaded.
Noticed, when i click the network connection icon, it shows the wired
connection as selected but it is grey.

I 'resumed' the computer, and opened firefox. As soon as i opened firefox
the connection said 'Wired connection Disconnected' then Asked my for
keyring password and connected to my wireless network.
I had not typed 'sudo modprobe ndiswrapper' so
I can confirm that. I had hibernated the computer last night and it
appeared this morning.
However, i have found a solution for it on my computer.
When it comes up, all i have to do is goto terminal and type 'sudo modprobe
ndiswrapper' and the error disappears.

Hi, The network manager should be the latest, no updates in update manager.

The network icon in the top corner of the screen says 'Wired Connection' but my
computer does not have a wired connection active.
When i click the Icon it shows both 'Wired Connection' and my Wireless Network
as active.
Its not a major problem
