I have installed blueman on kubuntu. When trying to start it I got the
gtk-missing-image is missing error report.
Solution is to install gnome-icon-theme. After that blueman started as
expected. I believe this means that blueman should depend on gnome-icon-
theme.

I'm sorry for the extra work, but it seems that these errors were caused
by a faulty cable. Unfortunately it started to show signs just after I
have switched to a new laptop so I assumed that the error is there.
But when the problem manifested itself with the manually compiled driver

After boot/reboot ethernet works correctly, switch is detected as 100
Mbps Full Duplex. But after suspend/resume ethernet comes up with
incorrectly detected as 10 Mbps. But it does not even have that speed.
Instead it works at at about 400 Kbps and never above.
Tried removing
0.9.4 got into precise but I could not find any documentation about how
to configure bonding with it.
Unfortunately I have found some mention by the upstream developers that
currently only Red Hat based systems are supported (if I have understood this
correctly):
