Same symptoms on Ubuntu 24.04 recently installed, nvidia-driver-550,
default xorg session. The errors in the log journal are the same. It's
really affecting the basic user of Ubuntu 24.04 who happens to have an
Nvidia Gpu.

Ok, I just upgraded from Yakkety dev to Yakkety, everything works fine,
I don't know what this warning was about but the graphic driver seems to
work well so I suppose this bug could marked as solved or something.

Oh and I forgot to mention that I am using the Nvidia-361 driver with
prime.

As of writing this, everything seem to work fine, there is just this
warning saying that nvidia-361 driver as failed to install (I installed
it few months ago). I will try to provide further info if I encounter
other malfunctions.
