When pressing "Exit" button at the gnome-panel, or via System --> Exit, or just
pressing "Power off" laptop button, pop-up menu does not contain "Shut down"
option at all (see the attachment, Russian language). Same thing in gdm-menu
while logging in: there is no such an op
