I have given up for a while on Ubunt/Kubuntu. Back to vista as it is
still morestable. My heart blooding but I need to work (I am a
commodities trader) and several other drers do not more work well
since the recent kubuntu version. I will Try Kubuntu next year when
there is a new version an

Dear Sarah, I have still some problems. Made a full update, upgrade, but got
:
sudo apt-get install klamav

Step by step with synaptic I installed some 96 packages without problems. Only
libx11-6 and libx11-dev are not to install, every time it results in "terminal
is not fully functional " and a frozen Synaptic. Seems the bug is with
"libx11-6" and "libx11-
I did comment it out. in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/10apt-listbugs

and were running sudo apt-get upgrade again and got now ...

Since last week I can not more upgrade Feisty. Always I get below strange lines
in my terminal/Console and it looks as if there is a broken output. I stuck
with 100 upgradeable packages and no Synaptic, no Adept works out. always it
breaks.

Got a bug identification from Synaptic!! Conducted just a new full
install and this time I checked what synaptic shows in details.
Cannot copy that so I send you a screen shot of that window. Tells me
that there is grave bug in eclipse.

Yes I run Sun 5.0, but I found now that that there are other Javas also
installed - as it seems automatically. Will try to clean that up to have
only that SUN 5.0 installed. Hope that helps and not breaks other
applications. Using a Alpha version is amazing but interesting. Only

with synaptic. All was un-installed.
Then I restarted and installed via sudo only Eclipse! Started in terminal.

Tryed just to run eclipse from a terminal.
Got the same error (update failed) even after I corrected as you can see
below errors the terminal reported and I only voted such updates that do
not have a red cross.

Menu Help - Software Updates - Find and Install - Search for updates of
current - Finish and teh downloading starts again. Then I get No
updates are to find. But PDT requires upgrade, therefore :

I installed Eclipse on my AMD64 Kubuntu Feisty 7.04 clean installment.
Then I tried to upgrade to the latest versions as PDT requires it. Error
upgrade not to apply!! And so the Zend PDT applet does not work anymore.

The only real problem I have is that I cannot get Klamav working stable.
Its starts, even a manual scan works well, but after a few secs, when scan is
finished, or if it runs only
