No, I don't have any extensions. Mine is a plain Thunderbird install.
Also, further to the details of the bug report, if you try to backspace
out of a black bullet on a saved email, the same crash occurs.
This is quite annoying. I find myself now writing my long emails in
Open Office,

This is very easy to reproduce.
1) Start a new message.
2) Save that message (The original occurance happened after the system
auto-saved, so that would count too.)
3) Add a bullet to the body of the message and enter some text.
4) Hi
