Public bug reported:
No title bar visible (with convert button). Standard window frame (with
maximize/minimize buttons) is painted instead. flatpak version looks ok. some
other native apps with no-csd (e.g. process monitor) also looks ok.

The same happens for me, but ctrl+alt+f1 does nothing, and the next boot

Public bug reported:
During boot, the screen blinks once when wallpapeps with password prompt
appear.
The same blink is when daemon is loading manually.
It happens on nvidia card with proprietary driver, no blink on nouveau.
I hope in can be fixed on the proprietary driver too.

Public bug reported:
When some wireless keyboards and/or mice are connected (for me it's
Logitech K800 and Performance MX), most part of all time this daemon is
spamming me about low batteries.
The problems are:
1. there is no flag to turn off these annoying notifications;
2. there is no way to
AFAIS there's no fix for bionic so far.
So I grabber unity-settings-daemon & libunity-settings-daemon from comment #33
for disco and installed (need also libcolord2_1.4.3 package to resolve
dependensies).
The keys are working now. 10q, Khurshid!

You received this bug notification because y
actually, it doesn't switch layout (at least for me), but it ADDS A NEW LAYOUT
instead!
let me explain this.
I do not use a "plain" en_us layout, but use us+dvorak and ru+dvorak (custom
created).
so, when "us+dvorak" is active, it adds "us" to the end of the list.
when "ru+dvorak" is active,
I noticed that it's switching at the following moments:
1. switching terminal from console to xorg (ctrl+alt+f2 -> ctrl+alt+f7)
2. resume from hibernation
3. os boot
all these cases are related to console in some way.
probably console meddles to layout somehow...
