I am also affected by this bug and it has made Feisty/Gutsy unusable for
me, since all of my data is on a RAID 5 array which fails to mount.
I have since got back to Edgy which works.

I had this problem on fesity beta. I installed the ubuntu-restricted-
extras package and this solved my problem; after installing this package
Rhythmbox correctly transferred files across to my ipod.

The output you have all mentioned from GPG is not an error - it
signifies that GPG has verified the integrity of the downloaded archive
(meaning the archive is not corrupt). The Kubuntu-Upgrader wizard will
