I think this is related to the bug.
Sometimes when a new windows is opened both my monitors turn off for a second.
Most of the time this can be achieved by launching some KDE app. After that I
can see those messages in Xorg.log:

I tested 3.8.0-030800rc5-generic (amd64) kernel on my Dell L502X with
Quantal. The bug is still there. An SD card is not detected until I

I have the same problem with CA0106.
"amixer set 'IEC958' mute" helped me until I rebooted.
After rebooting IEC958 is muted, but sound does not work.
Unmuting IEC958 and muting it again does not help.

NetworkManager plasma widget does not retrieve saved WiFi keys from kwall
/etc/gnome-system-tools/users/profiles seems to be used when creating a
new user from GNOME only. The default user created during installation
is not assigned to the dip group. Moreover, many people use KDE, or
XFCE, or whatever, and do not have GNOME installed.

The plasmoid forgets everything I've entered in the Wireless Security tab. A
new entries are created in kwallet every time I log in to the same wireless
