use it while using folders/windows, in some cases it buggs out, pretty
frequently to notice.

I confirm that this bug is present (and I know one person who does have
the same bug), to reproduce you have to set it to bottom and to auto-
hide, then hover over with the mouse, 70% of the time it works properly,
and other 30% it keeps popping up, appearing and disappearing like
mentioned above.
