I dont think it, because that is the same VM (CPU,RAM,etc) that work
very well on the last 3 years and only have this problem after the
upgrade !!!

I read notes that the problem is "only" with ldaps... and if I configure ldap
(without SSL), so works !!!
but, in my company this isn't a option.
