After upgrading to Precise, precisely every 10 minutes the network goes
down and reconnects. The machine is connected via Ethernet and gets an
address with DHCP. I've verified that the Ethernet link isn't actually
going down when this happens and that the DHCP lease isn't expi

Here's a patch that fixes a potential (but non-exploitable) buffer
overflow in cmine.cc. Since gcc on Ubuntu defines _FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 by
default, the buffer overflow gets caught, and hence aborting the
program, every time minesweeper is started.
