30-40 secs after I logged in.

Hi,
I have intermittent problems sending email from Evolution. Maybe every
other day or so, Evolution gives the impression the email has been sent,
while it hasn't been.
When this happens, this is what I see on the server side (IP/host info

Same problem here with Ubuntu Classic. Also, some programs started on
second desktop won't appear (seems to be started headless -- no output
but the process is running).

Confirmed on Ubuntu 10.04. Very annoying bug, and a bit ugly as one
risks uploading sensitive files to the wrong place.

Found the solution:
System->Preferences->Appearance:
Best Shapes is now chosen by default. Change to Subpixel smoothing and
everything seems to be as it was before.
