8.04 -- I generated new keys: one without pass, one with pass. I can connect
without any problems when use a X.509 without passphrase, but when try use
X.509 with passphrase can`t connect.
I move /usr/sbin/openvpn-vulnkey to /usr/sbin/openssl-vulnkey -- and can
connect without any problems...

I was Hardy Heron 8.04 for testing and WIFI works ok, but when I upgrade 8.04
to the latest packages from repo, Intel 3945 ABG
can`t connect to wifi network with hidden essid. When I enable essid broadcast
on AP all is ok. I can associate and authorize with WPA2 key.
But wh
1) vpn-without-dns-push.txt -- I connect and disconnect to vpn server without
push dns options
2) vpn-with-dns-push.txt - I set push dns options in openvpn config and connect
and disconnect to vpn server

one more example:
I have bind/powerdns etc. on my local machine ;) I never need use another DNS
because have own.
So I don`t need a pull dns settings from openvpn server even openvpn push this
settings properly ;)
Actually it`s irritated because when I use openvpn connections I must manualy
Some examples:
1) We have internet via VPN server -- vpn server push DNS settings, IP etc.
Connections via ie. ethernet is only for connect to openvpn server.
Default route via VPN tunnel.
2) We have internet via ethernet cards -- we use vpn only to connect to
specific hosts.

Khmm.. after some last updates when I use network-manager-openvpn plugin the
network manager disable DNS
in /etc/resolv.conf
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ cat /etc/resolv.conf

network-manager with network-manager-openvpn in gutsy 7.10 still cannot find an
active device when it`s configured as static ip...
This behaviour is not accepted for normal use of nm with openvpn plugin :( :( :(
