I don't have a very fast net connection and my ISP charges me for every MB i
download. So I cant download Gutsy Gibbon to test it. Perhaps someone else
could do it. I sincerely hope it is fixed before the final release.

type gstreamer-properties in terminal
click on the video tab
change the default output plugin to X Windows System (No XV)
restart the media player

Yes I am using Compiz Fusion. Thank you for your support but I found a way
to fix it in Ubuntu Forums. Now it's working fine.
