Recently libc6-dev was upgraded from 2.24-12ubuntu1 to 2.26-0ubuntu1.
Now the file /usr/include/x86_64-linux-gnu/bits/sigset.h is missing.
All other arch libc6-dev packages still have it, like arm, ppc, etc.

When trying to debug PXE UEFI boot on Ubuntu Zesty, I have found that initrd
provided with ISO at
/install/netboot/ubuntu-installer/amd64/initrd.gz
does not support kernel parameters like debug, break (all cases).
In addition when repacked with additional kernel modules, they
