OTR plugin does not load
Well, I can easily reproduce this bug with vegetahd r272.
I tested this when bug marked as fixed and then I could not reproduse this
problem. But after I arrived to Barcelona last Sat, bug reappeared.

Open some sub page, e.g. updates. If you want to go back to the main
screen one has to reach quite small < button on the top left corner. It
would be easier if the whole updates field would act as a back button or
even better, just swipe from left to right.

I tested with final Dapper 6.06 desktop CD and still having problems. I
got desktop, but no icons or text on panel/menus. Mouse cursor is now
fine. I also got random pieces of graphics from previous session, so
there is still some memory allocation errors.
