I installed Natty Beta2 this weekend on my HP laptop. I run it with an
Acer 22" external monitor. I prefer the big screen (to the left) as
primary and the laptop screen (to the right) for email and IM.
I only had to edit the ~/.config/monitors.xml to set the VGA screen to
primary to get the setup
It looks like it is happening when I'm running a single screen as well.

I've found that if I install the Compiz manager, select the Window
Decoration and change the line from...
/usr/bin/compiz-decorator
to
/usr/bin/gtk-window-decorator
that it appears to work.

I'm experiencing the same thing with my window buttons as well. For me
it happens in all applications. If I quite compiz, the problem goes
away. Once I launch compiz again, the problem returns.

I noticed that when I set the power monitor to put my monitor to sleep,
that after the appropriate time has elapsed, a new icon appears in the
indicator area. When I move the mouse to see what it says, it

I can confirm that this happens for me too. It happens about 60+% of the
time. The mouse stops working, but the keyboard allows me to log back
out of the remote machine and then close the tsclient application.
