I had two installations of an application - one in ~/example1/bin, and
one in ~/example2/bin (in the middle of updating versions of this
application)
The application in example1 has been locked to the launcher. I removed
this launcher with "Unlock from launcher", and then st
I've confirmed this behaviour - starting the game with music enabled
causes this for me (on AMD-64).
Starting from a terminal with the "-nomidi" flag does not cause this
behaviour for me.

Hardy (still in long term support) is stuck with 0.9.5 - which I guess
is why this bug is reported.

Even for XUbuntu, it is stated that 192Mb RAM is required for
installation from the LiveCD.

Not certain, but is it really the bandwidth that is the issue? In the
past I have found the maximum number of connections is normally the
issue on various platforms and with various ISPs (obviously this is
likely to be decided by the caps on up/down stream bandwidth.)
