Ubuntu 20.04 images due to #1786699 This is an Ubuntu specific bug, and
vmdb2 running on Ubuntu 20.04 can be used to create e.g. debian stable
and debian testing images without problems at the moment.

FWIW this breaks the vmdb2 on Ubuntu ("grub: uefi" steps break), and
makes it impossible to build uefi bootable Ubuntu images. It would be
great to get his merged as a noop, perhaps it would best if the output
warned that this is a deprecated flag and is a noop, to discourage its

qemu-kvm 1:4.2-3ubuntu2
libvirt-daemon-driver-qemu 6.0.0-0ubuntu5
Ubuntu 5.4.0-18.22-generic 5.4.24
Couldn't see any newer version numbers, unless I've fumbled that (sorry
not very up on Ubuntu repos etc.).
