I dont know really, I just have a symlink in, so it works, but I dont
know if it works by default. No firmware folder has been created if
thats what you mean.

When I unhide kopete from the system tray the system locks, only
responding to sysrq. It doesnt do it every time, just randomly it seems.
Im using the intel gfx driver and compiz with AIGLX if it helps.

Its not in the repos, and its not open source, so its not ideal for
debugging, but it is a popular game among linux users. I managed to get
it to start by applying the latest patch, but it still crashes at the
start of a game. I'll try and get some terminal output if possible.
