I just tried this in an Ubuntu 19.10 in a VM and I've not been able to
reproduce it. Looking at /usr/include/mysql/mysql.h, it seems at some
point the my_bool transitions has been given more time:
thomas@ubuntu:~$ grep my_bool /usr/include/mysql/mysql.h
// Give third-party packages more time to dr
I will try to spin up a new Ubuntu machine to fix this at some point. In
the mean time I have a mostly untested patch.
