thank you very much for the answer, I just can state that the Ralink Corp
RT3290 Wireless 802.11 n works with Kernel 3.2.0-54 Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64-Bit but
not with Kernel 3.2.0-55.
I can try a new kernel when it is available, or any other idea?

sorry I can not send a log because I can not access internet because the
WiFi Chip is not working :-(

- Update to Kernel 3.2.0-55
- rebboot and WLAN function gone
the last Kernel 3.2.0-54 was no problem with the Ralink Corp RT3290 Wireless
802.11 n
lspci still shows the chip
iwconfig shows no wireless extention
