I tested two kernel versions:
3.5.7: I got a xorg crash which threw me back to the login screen (occurred
when using mozilla thunderbird)
3.6.2: no problems (yet)
I will continue using kernel 3.6.2 for the next week.

I can confirm this bug on my on Lenovo ThinkPad T430s Notebook with
Ubuntu 12.04 (default Kernel 3.2) and all available updates. I am
starting to test newer kernel versions. I will report back after testing
a newer version for some days.
