no, it seems to be fixed.
i'm under gutsy and when I tried to reproduce the same actions, the amule
icon shown correctly, without being cut.

it happens when :
- my gnome-panel is locked and full
- I run aMule, go into "Preferences", and check "Activate the icon in the
taskbar"
then the panel doesn't resize correctly, and the icon of aMule is partly
hidden.
