All the cities in northern Europe is where they are supposed to be.
Clicking on the country selects the capital of the country.
I say it's fixed.

When installing 9.04 A5 in a virtual machine (VMware 6.5), the placement of the
city Copenhagen is placed in sweeden.
Further, the location of Stockholm is in the ocean east of Sweeden.
