when performing the daily build testcase for an installation with auto-
resizing, the install completed successfully, but I am unable to boot
into any of the Grub menu entries for my previous Linux installation.
The previous installation was a Arch install making use of Grub.
The blog was written back on Feb 04, 2021 stating that the 1.9 will be

One would think that if the devs knew that they were going to shut off
the 1.9 API that they would have planned ahead and already released

So, the version in the git does not work with 18.04. You can get it to
install with a work around, but the panel will not see it as being able
to add it.

Never mind, I found it. You will have to pull the git, then install it
that way. This would be nice if they push this to the repos.

I think this was a problem that I actually created myself. I wound up
deleting everything encluding the partitions. Created new partitions and
reinstalled and everything seems to be working mostly fine. I now have
an on again off again video driver issue that only brings up one of my

I have found that version 2.2.8 that comes with Ubuntu 18.10 works fine.
I downloaded and installed it into Ubuntu 18.04 from

for login and all admin functions were working as expected.

en_DK. Which uses ',' instead of '.' as a decimal point...

This error is because of incorrect permissions to the dbus-daemon-
launch-helper
To fix it:

But I still cannot get Wine to work well with Windows applications
like Slingbox. I cannot even use Slingbox via the web browsers under
