Disable MSN helps a little but the memory consumption is still very high
to pidgin, take a look at the screenshot. If the memory of your pidgin
is similar to this ok, we found probably a leak in msn feature. But it
is still to much memory to pidgin... I also have a notebook with ubuntu
8.04 i386..

If I double click on the crash report an pop up opens saying thats
"firefox-bin closed on non expected way and my computer doesn't have
enough memory to analyze the problem automatically".
ps: I have 1gb ram and 2gb swap.

None workaround works for me. I'm using ubuntu gutsy with latest
updates.
Using proprietary nvidia drivers.

I tried some minutes here and it not occurs in the above site. But
