@Nick, as I mentioned in my first post "This warning message doesn't show up every time I run "sudo apt update". It appears rather randomly. And as it indicted "systemctl daemon-reload" will get rid of this message, at least for a while." I haven't seen this warning in the past two days. -- You

Still have this issue on ubuntu 24.04, with systemd 255 (255.4-1ubuntu8.4). Strange enough, this warning message doesn't show up every time I run "sudo apt update". It appears rather randomly. And as it indicted "systemctl daemon-reload" will get rid of this message, at least for a while. System
