[Bug 220443] [NEW] No Close or Restore Icon

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox-3.0 Using Firefox 3.0b5 on Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron. No "X" for closing the window appears in the upper-right-hand corner. Also, no minimize icon appears either, no the window restore icon. I upgraded from Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon and Firefox
