Hi Timo, I am running 7.10, but the camera is still not recognised - is
there an update I should get?

Sorry - Linux newbie here! How do I apply the patch? I thought it was
patch -p1 < unusual_devs.patch but that just comes up with:
missing header for unified diff at line 3 of patch
can't find file to patch at input line 3
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
