versus squid3 named directories. What is the release history for squid
versus squid3 naming?

I changed:

OK, I have spent quite a while bashing my head against this brick wall
now, trying to suss out why the lowlatency kernel build chokes, whilst
the generic does not. I suspect it is heavily buried somewhere either in
the compiler flags or in the deeper headers.
This is what I have found so far: if y
It would help if the Broadcom's brcmsmac developers would pick up the
pace a little and get something into the kernel that is stable,
effective, open source and supported. I only tried switching back to iwl
because brcmsmac is both deaf and drops out frequently on my BCM4313

Can we _please_ have the Debian package downstream in Lucid? I've wasted

when came to upgrade to Lucid that the Ubuntu maintained package would
work.

Am I right in thinking that Nautilus shares are effectively 'user level'

exactly this fix should be, can we please have it back-ported to Hardy?
It is supposed to be the LTS release and Wifi is next to unusable
without it.

Having studied #63558 a little more closely, this is much worse than the
original bug. The original bug only affected the Ctrl-Alt-F1-F6 VT
screens. This bug actually affects the main GUI screen (Ctrl-Alt-F7) as
well, rendering the system unusable. This should be Importance HIGH.

I can also confirm Reinhard's fix works on 8.04 if you manually copy in
just the ifupdown.rules and networking files from the patch. Many thanks
Reinhard!
Can we please have this officially backported as an update to 8.04?
