Word Processor and Spreadsheet do not show the Window Menu

The Window menu is missing on Word Processor and Spreadsheet - i.e.
minimize, maximize, close and title bar. It doesn't appear to affect
any other programs. Open Officer version 2.4, Ubuntu version 8.04
