original 5.6.11 branch on GitHub.
The fix is NOT included. Please compare Wily:

The PHP Bug #68185 needs to be merged into Ubuntu PHP 5.5.x sources for
14.04.x, as these are technically speaking unusable for working with
traits. For details please have a look on

It has been fixed in the PHP mainline with 5.5.20 / 5.6
