When upgraded to kubuntu 10.10 spdif out on creative sblive external
suddenly wasn't found anymore. Up to 10.04 was working perfectly.

I've got a new laptop, a Sony VGN-FW21J, and when i installed Kubuntu
8.10 on it the bluetooth chipset, a broadcom 2034 wasn't found, even
with all package updated. It was enough to add the bcm203x module to
autoload to solve it.
