Hello. I am using Kubuntu 24.04 LTS with latest updates.
I installed KClock and tried to set an alarm (which was the purpose for
which I required it), but was dismayed to find that it does not work and
produces an error.

seems to be recreated upon installing/upgrading packages.

I have my own local repo and am getting this error for it whenever I try
to do apt-get update. I even recently updated the key I use to sign it
to RSA/RSA 2048/2048 and also add the two lines in ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf:

Hello. I downloaded the latest kernel 4.1.1 for the Trusty LTS that I am
using and even there the behaviour is the same. Again the workarounds I
previously mentioned still work.

Upstream has recently added a package kdevelop-python containing the Py
3 plugin for KDevelop. When Kubuntu inherits this, we see two packages
kdev-python for Py 2 and kdevelop-python for Py 3. Obviously, the naming
