I can confirm that this bug is still happening to me. A restart does
seem to correct it. Not sure if it will go back to the incorrect count
as others suggest or not. I can report back if that would be helpful.

So, not sure if it is happening for the same reason or not, but both
rekonq and qupzilla (both of these use webkit) are crashing consistently
for me on two different machines. On the one machine, I upgraded to
13.04. The other one is a fresh install of 13.04.

I had the exact same experience as Erfan. Muon package manager lists
"firefox-globalmenu" as broken. Not sure if this is relevant or not.

to switch back to gnome so that my wifes parents could skype the

My machine is stalling while trying to upgrade from 9.10 to 10.04 alpha

Binary package hint: nautilus
file manager only opens in max view (takes the whole screen). The
collapse/resize/exit buttons at the top are hidden. There is no way to
resize the file manager. Even if i click on the tab at the bottom,
nothing happens. I am using ubuntu 8.1
