[Bug 1204501] [NEW] Configuration of http port in startup script?

Public bug reported: After a fresh install of openacs I configured the http port in /etc/aoloserver4/aolserver.tcl and learned that it has no effect. Then set http port in /etc/aolserver4/conf.d/openacs.sh. Learned that is has no effect. Then found out that start up script /etc/init.d/aolserver4
