Ok, here I am.
Now I'm sure it's a kernel bug. Now I'm using the Hardy kernel (Linux
meleeisland 2.6.24-16-generic #1 SMP Thu Apr 10 13:23:42 UTC 2008 i686
GNU/Linux) and suspend is working both on ram and disk.
Just let me reboot to attach what you need

Public bug reported:
Upgrading from hardy to Intrepid I was surprise suspend was working.
But after few updates, when I suspend or hibernate the system fall
asleep but it just resume by itself!

bluetooth-manager *before* inserting the bluetooth usb-pen
