Binary package hint: kde-guidance-powermanager
kde-guidance-powermanager tends to report that the battery is low when
pluged in 2 times also when it crashes won't come back up. Seems to be
no evident way to start it back up (eg menu icon or dialog box to ask to
restart it).
same thing happens in Kubuntu. Also in both Ubuntu and Kubuntu the
progress meter never gets to the end.
