Renaming ~/.gtkrc-2.0 did not work for me too, but rename
~/.gtkrc-2.0-kde4 helps, inkscape is starting now :)

Yes, everything works fine with the -ati driver, because the -radeon driver
will be loaded
I wanted to use the -radeonhd because i dont need support for old cards ;)
i have probably no choice, i must use the -radeon driver... It's a pity.
