Like it or not, Safari and others have defined the generic browser icon

If it was simply changes to the general case and those exact CSS classes
we added to Ambiance/Radiance the issue would be solved & it would solve
problems with several other themes.. Further hardcoding of the CSS
worse.

A better solution would be to separate the CSS from the USC altogether
and let themes dictate what the software centre looks like as the
hardcoded nature of the CSS means other problems arise for theme
developers.

Being musical, I take minor issue with the music lens icon; the double
beam (when it occurs) in music notation is usually two beams of the
same width, the second one being thinner just looks odd to me.
I propose removing the second line altogether, since two fat beams look
even more odd at this s

Why not just have a small textual prompt to indicate to a user what to
do. For example: "Please Click/Select Your Username" It could be
incorporated into the login logo as subtext, or simply replace the
hostname (since the hostname isn't crucial information to login) with
