I was attempting to upgrade from version 18.04 to 20.04 and was met with
this error message.
Could not determine the upgrade
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
If none of this applies, then please report this bug using the command
'ubuntu-bug
If RaspBerry Pi users want Ubuntu They will need to find the resources
for porting. Otherwise the alternative is the Beagleboard Black, which
does have Ubuntu and only cost a few extra dollars.
