It is not only problem of Asus X200CA notebook! This is problem with
Ralink RT3290 wifi adapter. HP notebooks have the same adapter and the
same problem.

Hi found solution how to make bluetooth work. I use

Hi this bug is in kernel 3.12-rc5. too. There is patch
