It is not only problem of Asus X200CA notebook! This is problem with
Ralink RT3290 wifi adapter. HP notebooks have the same adapter and the
same problem.

Hi found solution how to make bluetooth work. I use

dkms_3.9.3-0ubuntu1~ppa3.tar.gz and compile and install. After then my
bluetooth adapter star

Hi this bug is in kernel 3.12-rc5. too. There is patch

linux-wireless but i don't know why is not commited into the kernel.
