Hi all,
Vulkan 1.2 has been released in Jan 2020. So, we would need to update to
the 1.2.132 loader which is the latest release.
I have modified the bug and description accordingly.
Is there any chance of this bug being taken up?

bug for me.

After watching a video on youtube, i am not able to play songs in
rhythmbox. When i click play button, it moves to the next song with a
Red Minus symbol. This also seem to happen sometimes after i play video
in some other sites. Might be related to flash players.
