I just upgraded my video card from an nVidia 2070 to an AMD 6900 and afterwards
Chromium will not display properly. The browser window opens, but it just has
a spinning page loading icon and nothing loads. When launching from a terminal

- Installed a fresh Xenial VM
- Installed tomcat7
- Enabled security manager
- Restarted tomcat7 -> won't start
- Installed the .deb's from the PPA manually
- tomcat7 starts again

Yes it was a "normal" security update via "apt-get upgrade" from tomcat7
(7.0.68-1ubuntu0.1) to tomcat7 (7.0.68-1ubuntu0.3) on a Xenial system...

When choosing "German" at the Boot Prompt you can't configure a static ip.
The dialog always jumps back to set a hostname and not a static ip.
It works with "English" Language and "Espanol".
Not tested with other languages.
Used ISO: ubuntu-16.04.2-server-amd64.iso
