Still no fn keys for brightness and no control of back light using
xbacklight (lucid) after quite a few releases. Would like this to work.
Where can I start?

Public bug reported:
It logged me out of x and a needed to sign in again. After I logged in
it said that the package failed to install but rar files worked
perfectly in archive manager.
sudo apt-get install unrar
