enable and start with systemctl enable softflowd you get the following

USB disks show up here just like other disks in "df", so that's normal.
/dev/dm-0 is most likely an encrypted partition. /boot cannot be in an

Completely agree with @grey - it is unacceptable that such a simple
thing will consistently create problems for ALL ubuntu users, many of
which will not be comfortable with entering "sudo apt-get -y autoremove"
or whatever in terminal.
I do understand the issue though - each kernel is a separate p
@dmcnutt /boot is usually a separate partition, byt default around
250MB, which is way too small. Use command "df" to see how much space
you have left on each partition. if /boot is nearly full, it doesn't
help if / has loads of space.

Same issue here. I can confirm that after executing "ibus exit" in a
terminal, gnucash is again usable. Unfortunately, I had to do this after
every login. I fixed the issue permanently by removing the ibus package.

fine. So at least for KDE users there is finally a solution for this issue.

Pidgin (like many, many others packages) will recommend you a lot of GTK
dependencies if you don't have a Gnome DE (Desktop Environment). This is
because the package should integrate much better with those package.

You're right. Clicking the "quit" option in the launcher should exit the
opened instance of pidgin, but it doesn't. A quick way to quit it is to
click the "quit" option in "Buddies" menu to properly exit pidgin.
Please file a new bug report against pidgin. Launch a terminal and do:
ubunt

using the close button, the instance will remain opened. You can confirm
this by going to the mail notification button, and you'll see the little
