Same issue is affecting me on Feisty amd64. However, if I check the
"Write metadata to file" option inside of F-Spot and then apply tags,
the tags written directly within the .jpg or .cr2 files are indexed
properly by beagle. Does beagle actually know how to read tags that are
not stored directly w

problem on my Thinkpad T60. Thanks, that was bugging me!
