[Bug 374270] [NEW] Fatal Fault, no lib files loaded - No USB mounts

Public bug reported: Ubuntu 8.10 worked fine, then I updated to Ubuntu 9.04, then after rebooting I no longer had access to my USB Thumb drives, nor the USB External Hard Drive. During boot there is a scrolling text line that states a "Fatal Fault" in the lib file. The lib does not load either. *
